2.The diet generator
This is the interface you will be using to keep track and create all your meal plans. This is the real "meat" of the fat loss 4 idiots.
Here's how it works:
1. You select either the Regular or Vegetarian Diet
2. There are several different foods you can choose from, you must choose between 14 - 30 foods from that list to make up your diet for the next 11 days.
3. The Diet generator spits out a complete plan for 11 days of 4 meals per day, except for one fruits and vegetable day.
You are provided with a screen so you can print out your 11 day meal plan. It is setup in a Meal 1 , Meal 2, Meal 3, Meal 4 order. You don't have to eat the meals in the exact order their listed, you could eat meal 4 first, then Meal 2 the key is you cannot mix the items within the meals together.
The guts of Fat loss 4 idiots is the shifting calories strategy. Here is how the shifting calorie strategy works:The body burns calories based on eating habits. So it is programed to think that you'll keep on eating the same food that you ate in the last couple of days or weeks. However if you change the type of food you eat every day, your metabolism will not be able to predict what you're going to eat over the next few days, This has the effect of causing your metabolism to burn more calories.This is a fact.
The best part of this diet is that it doesn't involve counting calories.

- You are required to eat every two and a half hours with Fat Loss 4 Idiots, it's not going to entirely throw off the plan if you eat every 3 hours or so but if you work a job that would make this difficult to follow then you won't see maximum results with the diet generator plan.Solution try to pack some healthy snacks to work.
- Also if you're an on the go person you will probably want to prepare your meals the night before. A big reason we fail at diets is because we succumb to the convenience of fast food when we're in a rush. If you pre-make your meals you'll increase your chances of success.
- The three Cheat days are there so you can eat foods that you won't eat on your 11 day meal plan cycle. How ever try to keep it within reason and not run out and eat a bucket of fried chicken.
