While it is possible to lose weight this fast, I don't think  this would be a wise thing to do. It's always a good idea to talk to your doctor before undertaking a weight loss program in case you have any underlying health situations that could cause problems.

In conclusion, I have to say that Fat loss for idiots, despite the name, and despite the hyped-up claims of the website, is a good weight loss system that has delivered real results for me and thousands of other people.
